For clubs

Clubs are responsible for the memberships they publish through Balasden, including pricing, descriptions, eligibility, refund handling, and any club-specific conditions attached to the offer.

By using the platform, clubs agree to provide accurate information, protect account access, comply with applicable law, and use the product for legitimate membership operations.

For members

Members purchase memberships from individual clubs through Balasden. Clubs control the membership terms, validity, and club-side fulfilment. Members are responsible for providing accurate signup information and complying with the relevant club terms.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Balasden facilitates the infrastructure around that transaction and the resulting membership flow.

Platform use

Balasden may suspend or restrict access where platform misuse, unlawful conduct, security issues, or fraudulent behaviour is detected. We may also update the product, workflows, and public surfaces as the system evolves.

Use of the platform is also subject to our privacy handling, service dependencies, and the operational constraints necessary to run a payment-backed membership product.
